TAMIL NADU CYCLONE & FLOOD RELIEF
The Back to back Cyclones, Cyclone Nivar & Cyclone Burevi has brought intense rains in most parts of Tamil Nadu, resulting in flooding across the state. Heavy rains made water bodies reach full capacity across the state. As a result, reservoirs had to release water, resulting in heavy flooding and inundation in Chennai, Cuddalore and Tirunelveli. The cyclones and floods have affected lakhs of people, levelled electric poles, homes and destroyed trees and crops at large scale. Our team is on the ground, providing urgent support to the affected people. The need for food, water, dry ration and the tarpaulin is enormous. We request you to come forward and support our appeal.
