Mr Farukh passionate about Disaster Response. Prior to Rapid Response, he worked with various local and international NGOs and Relief Organisations in India, Uganda, Cambodia and United Kingdom. He has a Degree in Electrical Engineering and Postgraduate in International Development from the University of Manchester.

Mr Mariappan passionate about Admin & Operations. Prior to Rapid Response, he worked as an operation manager in Manufacturing Sector for over twenty years. He holds degree in Mechanical Engineering & Master degree in Sociology.

Dr Prasad passionate about Disaster Management. Prior to Rapid Response, he worked with State Disaster Management Authority at Daman & Diu. Dr Prasad holds PhD in Disaster Management from Pondicherry University.

Mr Mrinal passionate about Disaster Risk Reduction. Prior, he was associated with UNDP. He has Masters in Geography from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He is also a Fellow from East West Center - USA.

Mr John oversees Rapid Response Special Initiative programs. He brought 25 years of experience working with various nonprofits in India. John has a Degree in Law and MBA from the University of Madras.

Mrs Padmavathi passionate about Disaster Preparedness. Prior to Rapid Response, she worked with various NGOs and Government Projects in Tamilnadu. She holds Master of Social Work from Annamalai University.

Mr Satish passionate about disaster mitigation & response. He holds degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi and Master degree in Disaster Management from Tata Institute of Social Science.

Mr Stephen passionate about livelihood and social entrepreneurship. Prior to Rapid Response, he worked with various NGOs in North East. He holds Master of Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Science.

Gregory has worked as an international development consultant, serving organizations that operate in countries all over the world. He holds a BA in Political Science & International Relations from the University of California and MA in International Studies & Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. He currently resides in Los Angeles, where he serves as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Visions Global Empowerment, a non-profit organization committed to providing educational opportunities to youth affected by poverty and conflict in South Asia.

Prof. Sridhar Balasubramanian holds Ph.D. and M.S in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University (ASU). Prior to joining IIT Bombay as a faculty member, he was a post-doctoral research scientist at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), a United States Department of Energy (DOE) laboratory, located in Los Alamos, New Mexico, USA.

His area of research involves geophysical fluid dynamics, thermal instabilities, and turbulent mixing, with specific focus on the physics of ocean-atmosphere coupling, large-scale convection, weather and climate, and Indian Monsoon dynamics.

Viv has extensive experience in community work, especially with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and his forte in leadership and strategic planning has led him to serve on many national & international boards. Some organisations where Viv has served in various capacities are, Management Committee Member of the Australia India Business Council, Management Committee Member of the Australia India Society of Victoria. In 2011, Viv received the Victorian Government's Award for Excellence for Service Delivery to Victoria as well as the Indian Executive Club's Award for Government Services.

Mr Shemeer passionate about helping non profits use technology effortlessly to fulfil their mission. He is currently associated with Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiative and prior he was working with Amnesty International. He is an active mentor at #Tech4Good India Fellowship and currently runnig two non profits initiatives Autsi and Vawhelp. He is an BITS-Pilani alumni.

Sarju passionate about working with women and children in disaster affected areas. Prior to Rapid Response, She worked with various civil society organisations in including CRY, EEMA, ICS and YUVA. She holds MSc in Disaster Management and Sustainable Development from the University of Northumbria.

Anurag is a consultant in Development Sector. Prior he worked with The Nudge Foundation as a Director of Fund Raising. Anurag holds B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT - Kanpur.

Pramod is a founder of Prakash Academy. Prior, He was associated with HCL Technologies. He holds M.Tech from IIT Varanasi and PGDM from IIM Kozhikode.

Britu Raj Deka currently associated with Safexepress. He holds B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from NIT Silchar and PGDM from IIM Amritsar.
